Adjourn
Compliance with co-op application timeline law.
Adjourn helps NYC co-ops stay compliant with NYC's Cooperative Application Timeline Law. It manages applications, keeps track of deadlines, and provides an intuitive way to review.
For Co-Op Boards
- See exactly what's due and when.
- Review applications by section instead of a 200-page PDF.
- 1-click voting to move applications forward.
For Management Companies
- All applications across your portfolio, sorted by what's due next.
- A timestamped record of every request and response. Removes the "blame game" when waiting on others.
- Print USPS Registered Mail postage from your desk to save time at the post office.
For Attorneys
- Every action timestamped and tied to the statutory deadline it satisfies.
- Registered Mail receipts and notice copies retained as proof of service.
- Notices generated from counsel-reviewable templates (customizable before anything is sent).
Pricing
Adjourn charges an monthly fee plus flat rate per application. Other optional services, such as postage, credit checks, and bank connections, are extra. There are no setup fees per-building fees, or per-user fees.
